Feeling the Need
I am feeling the need to go to the temple. I just want to be inside the walls where things are peaceful and serene.

I do miss my Palmyra, New York temple very much. I am learning to deal with it. :)
I just love the architecture of the temple.
It is beautiful in the sunlight with its sparkling marble.
I wish Columbus had stained glass like Palmyra. Palmyra is amazing!
I guess the windows don't really matter much. The peace is what I am after. I can't wait to go back.

Great shots! How far away is your temple from where you live? We have to drive 75 minutes to get to ours. So we can't go as often as we would like, but at least we don't have to drive 4 hours anymore like we used to!
ReplyDeleteWe are about 2 1/2 hours away. If we were a hair closer...we could make it there and back before the kids get home from school...a few more years....
ReplyDeleteI get to go on Friday with a very good friend of mine, who is going through with her husband and then getting sealed! I'm sooo excited for her! And I can't wait to get back into the temple too. It's the best place on earth.
